PPC and SEO Drive Lots of Revenue; Also the Sky is Blue

If you were unaware that search marketing; specifically natural and paid search, was big business and drives lots of revenue, well you probably don’t have a website.  

What was somewhat surprising is that most companies are choosing to keep it in house. Only 26 percent use an outside agency or PPC program, and 66 percent say they have no intention of contracting out for such efforts. If you are doing paid search you better have a great tool for managing it profitably.  

I don’t have any problems with companies that prefer to keep those efforts in-house. If you have good people and have the commitment to stay up with the latest trends, news and techniques, go for it.
